International Participations invited for 22 exciting ‘Create in India Challenges’ Winners to get excusive opportunity to participate in WAVES 2025 at Mumbai, India from May 1-4, 2025

Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India has announced opening of 22 competitions for International participation under Create in India Challenge – Season-1, the cornerstone of the World Audio Visual Entertainment Summit (WAVES), scheduled to be held in Mumbai, India from 1st to 4th May, 2025. Winners of these challenges will get an exclusive opportunity to visit India and participate in this unique Global Summit.These challenges span a wide range of creative domains including but not limited to Music, Advertising, Gaming, Esports, Animation, VFX, Filmmaking, Trailer Making, Poster Making, Comics, Community Radio, Reel Making (list with links below).

The ‘Create in India’ Challenges have been designed to showcase India’s robust creative infrastructure while fostering collaboration between domestic and international talent. The initiative aligns with the Government’s commitment to foster an environment of cross-border innovation and creativity.

The challenges are open to creative professionals, students, and enthusiasts from around the world including Uzbekistan. About National Fertilizers Limited (NFL)

National Fertilizers Limited (NFL) is a Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) and a Navratna company under the Department of Fertilizers, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Government of India. NFL has an annual urea production capacity of 3.56 million tonnes, making it the second-largest producer of urea in India.

In addition to urea, NFL is engaged in the production and marketing of bio-fertilizers, compost, and allied industrial products such as ammonia, nitric acid, ammonium nitrate, etc.

Government Initiative

The Government of India, along with the Indian Fertilizer Industry, is working towards improving soil fertility through balanced fertilizer usage and maintaining an optimal N:P:K ratio in soil. As part of this initiative, NFL has expanded its product line to include other fertilizers such as:

  • DAP
  • MOP
  • APS
  • NPK

NFL aims to import more fertilizers in the coming years to support this mission.
