iPHEX-2025: India’s Mega Pharma Exhibition & B2B: Inviting Nominations (Importers & Distributors of Pharmaceuticals) for 11th Edition during 04-06th September 2025 at Bharat Mandapam, Delhi, India
iPHEX, an International Exhibition of Pharma and Healthcare organized every year by the Pharmaceuticals Export Promotion Council of India (Pharmexcil) with the support of the Department of Commerce since 2013. iPHEX is an initiative of the Ministry of Commerce to position “India as Pharmacy of the World” and showcase the entire spectrum of the pharmaceuticals and healthcare sector to the world. The exhibition has now become an integral part of the annual business plan of exhibitors and business visitors globally.
The 11th edition of iPHEX will be organized during 04-06th September 2025 at Bharat Mandapam, Delhi, India
Over 700 Indian companies from the Pharma and healthcare sector would be exhibiting their products and services. The exhibition attracts over 20000 domestic visitors as well. The exhibition will be showcasing the products and services of the following segments:
- APIs and Intermediates
- Formulations
- Excipients and Custom Manufacturing
- Bio-similars & Vaccines
- Natural Extracts & Nutraceuticals
- Surgicals
- Animal Health Products
- Healthcare Services (CROs, Clinical Trials, R&D, Custom Synthesis)
Being positioned as a show to promote India’s pharma exports, focused B2B Sessions have been one of the major attractions and one of the most unique feature which sets this exhibition apart in an entirely different league among so many trade shows worldwide.
Business visitors as per the following criteria are invited:
- Top manufacturers of formulations (potential API/raw material importers): 4–5 companies
- Importers of finished drugs/formulations: Reputable importers, existing or potential partners of Indian companies (4–5 companies)
- One official from a government procurement authority
Final invite will be extended as per the business and company profiles/recommendation by the Embassy of India in Tashkent.

The Bilateral Investment Treaty (BIT) signed between the Government of India and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan on 27th September, 2024 in Tashkent has come into effect from 15th May, 2025. The text of the Treaty can be accessed here.
The Treaty promotes investment, protection, transparency, and dispute resolution, and fosters a robust investment environment aimed at enhancing economic cooperation between the two nations.

An Indian pavilion will be set up by the Indian Chamber of Commerce, Kolkata (India) at the UzEnergy Expo- 2019 to be held from 23-25 October, 2019 in the NEC Uzexpocenter, Tashkent.
Over 40 representatives from 25 companies of Indian electrical equipment industry will exhibit their products like electrical connectors, switches, transformers, energy meter, wires and cable, controlled relay panel, electrical switchgear etc. Details of representatives like name, company, products, stall numbers are indicated in annexure-I. Guidelines for the Complainants
- Go to DGFT website www.dgft.gov.in > Quick Links > File Quality/ Trade Grievances > fill Online Application Form.
(http://dgftebrc.nic.in:8090/TradeDispute/) - Upload documents related to the quality complaint/trade dispute, wherever required (maximum 5 MB size documents in pdf format).
- Submit Online Application Form to the jurisdictional RA of DGFT / SEZ
(this jurisdiction should be ascertained by the complainant, with respect to the Indian entity against whom the complaint is being made or with respect to the Indian complainant where the complaint is being filed against a foreign entity, as per Appendix of Handbook of Procedures
(https://dgft.gov.in/sites/default/files/1A_0.pdf)). - On submission, a Unique Reference Number (URN) starting with ‘Q’ will be generated and sent to the email id of the complainant. Please make sure that the email id is functional as all future correspondence will be made on this id only.
- The complainant, at a future date, can also provide additional material/ correspondence to the DGFT RA/ SEZ. While making any future correspondence with the DGFT RA/ SEZ to whom the Online Application has been submitted earlier, the URN must be quoted invariably in the subject header of the email.
