Migration from Global Passport Seva Version 1.0 to the Global Passport Seva Version 2.0.
Attention!
Ministry of External Affairs, Govt of India is planning to migrate from Global Passport Seva Version 1.0 to the Global Passport Seva Version 2.0.
In this regard, it is hereby advised that with effect from 1st September 2025, all passport applicants must:
- Upload an ICAO-compliant photograph (mandatory), or share a soft copy with Mission/OSP.
- Upload a scanned copy of their signature.
- Upload all other relevant documents on their own.
The date of migration to the new portal will be on 3rd September 2025.
